Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Pre-release status. Giggle Club's currently available development build is an offline HTML game. The Android release with advertising and Google Play purchases is being prepared. This policy describes the current local game data and the planned Android services. We will revise it against the actual Android build before distribution.
Who this policy covers
Zibarc Games publishes this policy for Giggle Club. It covers the game, not other games on this site. For the other title, read the Legend of the Shahnameh policy.
Data saved on your device
The current HTML build stores a guest coin balance, earned rewards, unlocked games, purchased cosmetic items, character appearance and audio preferences in local browser storage on the device. Local matches do not require a player account. This local game state is not automatically synchronized with a Zibarc Games server in the current HTML build. Clearing the game's browser storage can erase it.
Advertising in the planned Android release
The planned Android version includes ads shown at play breaks and optional rewarded ads that give extra coins. A purchase to remove automatic ads is planned; optional rewarded ads may remain available after that purchase. Loading ads requires internet access, even though local matches are designed to work offline.
If Google Mobile Ads is included in the released app, its SDK may collect and share IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information and device or app identifiers to deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud. The exact SDK version and configuration, including any use of an advertising ID, will be verified before launch. See Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure.
Children and families
Giggle Club is intended for all ages, including children. Before ads are enabled in the Android release, the age handling and ad configuration must meet Google Play's Families requirements. Ads served to children or users of unknown age must use eligible SDK versions and must not use interest-based advertising or transmit an Android advertising ID from those users. In-app purchase offers must be clearly distinguished from coins earned in play.
Optional purchases
The planned Android version includes optional coin packs and a one-time purchase to remove automatic ads. If Google Play Billing is used, Google Play processes the payment. The game may receive product identifiers and purchase tokens needed to grant, verify or restore purchases. The game does not need your payment-card number. Final purchase verification and any account or server storage will be described here after implementation.
Sharing, security and retention
The current HTML game keeps the local state described above on the device. The planned Android advertising and purchase providers will process information needed for their services as described above. We will identify the final providers and any additional data flows before release. Local game data remains until it is cleared from the device or the app is removed; third-party providers apply their own retention rules. Data sent to providers in the Android version must use secure transmission.
Your choices
You can clear local game data using your device's app or browser settings. Rewarded ads are optional. The Android release will present applicable ad and privacy choices before relevant processing where required. Contact us about privacy questions or deletion requests using the contact method below.
