Pre-release status. Legend of the Shahnameh is in development. An Android release with advertising and Google Play purchases is planned. This page describes the intended services and will be checked against the actual Android build before distribution; no final Android permission or SDK inventory is available yet.
Who this policy covers
Zibarc Games publishes this policy for Legend of the Shahnameh. It does not describe Giggle Club; that game's privacy policy is here.
Game progress and offline play
The game is designed for two players on one mobile device and local combat without an internet connection. The final Android build may store settings, progress, coin balances or purchases on the device. We will list the exact locally saved data and any account or cloud synchronization here when the build is available. No access to a player's contact list, precise location, camera or microphone is planned for the described play.
Advertising in the planned Android release
The planned Android version includes automatic ads at suitable breaks and optional rewarded ads for extra coins. A purchase to remove automatic ads is planned; optional rewarded ads may remain available. Ads require an internet connection.
If Google Mobile Ads is included in the released app, its SDK may collect and share IP address, app interactions, diagnostics and device or app identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The precise SDK and advertising-ID configuration will be confirmed before launch. See Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure.
Optional purchases
The planned Android version includes optional coin packs and a one-time purchase to remove automatic ads. If Google Play Billing is used, Google Play processes the payment. The game may receive product identifiers and purchase tokens to grant, verify or restore purchases, but does not need your payment-card number. The final verification and storage design will be disclosed here after implementation.
Sharing, security and retention
Advertising and purchase providers in the Android release will process the information needed for their services as described above. The final providers, any server-side data, retention periods and deletion process will be listed here before distribution. Data sent to providers in the Android version must use secure transmission. Local data can be removed through the device's app settings or uninstalling the app, subject to any separately stored purchase records held by Google Play.
